Fees
Fees are payable whether the child attends nursery or not. Fees are not payable when the nursery is closed.
Fees are payable on the 1st day of the month in advance. An invoice will be issued a week before payment is due.
Fees £16.40 per half day session £32.80 full day £158 per week £4.50 per hour or part of.
Session Times: 9.00am – 12.30pm / 1.30pm – 5.00pm / 9.00am – 5.00pm
An extra hour can be added to a session at £4.50 an hour
Fees are calculated at 4.333 weeks per month, and are reviewed annually.
Children must be collected by 12.30pm after a morning session or 5pm at the end of the day. If a child is not collected on time there will be an extra hour charge put on the following months invoice. The nursery closes at 6.00pm Mon to Thurs and 5.30pm Friday. Please collect your child by this time late collection of children will be charged at £5.00 for each 5 minutes or part of. Please note that the insurance is invalid after stated closing times.
NO MEDICINE CAN BE GIVEN IN NURSERY BY ANY MEMBER OF STAFF.
Termination of Contract (or reducing sessions) 6 weeks notice in writing to be given on either side.
The nursery cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to clothing or belongings whilst the child is at nursery.
