Tesco Vouchers

Thank you for all your contributions – we have collected 5,000 vouchers.  We have ordered some Talking Boxes and a Bamboo Water Channelling Set!

 

Transfer documents and Folders

All children going to school in September 2010 will need a Transfer Document and these are currently being written by our key workers.  Please do not take your children’s folder home this month as these are used to create Transfer Documents (if you currently have your child’s folder please return it a.s.a.p.).

 

Starting School

If you haven’t already please let us know what your child’s last day in nursery will be.  The school term officially starts on Wednesday 1^st September although some schools start later, e.g. Golden Valley, are having an INSET day on the 1^st.

 

Summer Outing – Animal Farm Adventure Park

As mentioned last month the annual nursery outing will take place on Sunday 18^th July – see attached letter for the details.  If you want to take advantage of the discounted price you must give us the payment by Friday 9^th July.

 

Sunscreen

Please ensure your child comes into nursery with sunscreen on, if children are in all day we will reapply Soltan Sunscreen at lunch time before afternoon play. If your child cannot have Soltan lotion, please bring in an alternative labelled.

 

Labelling of Clothes

Please can you make sure that your child’s name is on each item of clothing. This will help to stop any mix ups.

 

Clothing

Please check your child’s bag to ensure that they have a spare set of clothes.  Also if you have any nursery clothes please return them.  Thanks!
