Research shows that good early years experience pays off during later school years
This will be achieved by giving the children the opportunity to:

q Make choices in the activity they like and enjoy
q Make choices about where and when they want to play
q Be creative and imaginative in their choice of activities & toys
q Have easy access to a variety of activities for all areas of learning
There will be adult initiated time:
q Small group time (circle time)
q Focus activity time
q Assessing observing and planning
q Planning will be flexible to meet the interests of all children
We will follow the principle of the Foundation Stage and the Birth to Three Matters Framework
q We will keep you informed as to your Childs progress
q Parents will be encouraged to share what they know about their child, being the prime educators
q Use what the parents tell us about their children to inform planning
q Parents/carers are welcome into Nursery at anytime to play or speak to a member of staff.
